Miracle Lives is focused on assisting two million children refugees who have left Ukraine to assimilate in Europe and the United States and cultivate resilience and leadership skills. Our mission is to help these young individuals overcome social isolation and emotional distress through sports, education, mentorship, idea development and skill-building programs. Tetiana Karnaukh

Tetiana Karnaukh is a highly accomplished business leader, entrepreneur, and public figure with exceptional skills in mediation. Her expertise allows her to provide unparalleled guidance to companies and communities seeking to protect their rights, boost revenue and profits, maintain a competitive edge, and ensure legal compliance.
With over 15 years of experience in law, for over a decade, Ms. Karnaukh has been a pioneering force in the field of civil rights protection, breakthrough innovations, culture, and business. She has been practicing law since February 2011 and has received numerous accolades, including recognition from the Committee of the Health Care Workers’ Trade Union of Ukraine for her exceptional work improving the health of workers in the metallurgical and mining industries. Over the course of her legal career, she has successfully won over 400 court cases. In 2015, she was a representative of the UNBA and the OSCE in Ukraine on the application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the ECHR case law in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Ms. Karnaukh has extensive experience founding, growing, and successfully exiting companies. She has served on the boards of directors and board committees of many companies and is currently a senior partner at MedGlobal Attorneys at Law. Additionally, she is a leading legal counsel at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Industrial Medicine, founder of Advocacy Law Firm LLC, and deputy chairman of the Committee on Medical and Pharmaceutical Law and Bioethics of the Bar Council of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Ms. Karnaukh is passionate about building a just society that opens new horizons for children affected by war. She advocates for their right to a bright and promising future and inspires others to reach their full potential. She founded the International Charitable Foundation “Miracle Lives” in the Netherlands and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations. Her goal is to build a better world by investing in the future of humanity, education, and empowerment initiatives. She advises and serves on the Board of the “VIDRODZHENNIA” Public Charitable Foundation (ecology, health, and legal culture), regularly participates as a representative of the victim in special commissions to investigate fatal industrial accidents, and is a regular lecturer at webinars for heads of healthcare institutions in Ukraine.
Ms. Karnaukh is fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Russian. She is married and is raising three young children.
Victoria Saucier
Chairman, Board of Trustees, Miracle Lives

Ms. Saucier is a highly accomplished and strategic leader with over 30 years of diversified experience in venture capital structuring, M&A, real estate, and disruptive innovations. Throughout her distinguished career, she has successfully led companies at various stages of growth, from inception to a successful exit, making her an expert in navigating complex business environments.
Ms. Saucier is a seasoned board member and has served on various boards of directors and board committees, including governance, technology, and compensation committees. Currently, she advises and serves on the boards of Humanax Acquisitions, Citdex Applied Venture and Growth Capital Fund, S7Clear, and International Exchange Trade Board.
As a proponent of equitable and inclusive business practices, Ms. Saucier firmly believes in the importance of sustainable business practices and encourages companies to act as responsible stewards. She is a passionate advocate for creating a more engaged and inspired workforce, motivating others to realize their full potential and make significant contributions to their organizations.
Ms. Saucier presently holds the position of Managing Director at Ignite 500 Impact Fund, an investment firm that has a diverse portfolio across several industries, including technology and healthcare. Additionally, she serves as the CEO of Humanax Acquisitions. Furthermore, she is the Founder and Investor of Gainfy Healthcare Systems (GHS), a digital workflow software company that provides assistance to healthcare enterprises and government agencies in digitizing their workflows.
Before her current engagements, Ms. Saucier served as the CEO of Fortune 5000, a commercial real estate development and asset management firm, where she spearheaded the company’s expansion for over a decade. She commenced her career as the President of Saucier Financial Group, a financial services and insurance brokerage firm, which she established and subsequently sold to Allstate Investments (NYSE: ALL).
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Saucier is an active participant in several non-profit organizations and strongly believes in investing in the future of humanity through education, and empowerment initiatives. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Miracle Lives, a global charity building a world where war-torn Ukrainian refugee children have resources and opportunities in society to unleash their full potential and live free from violence, discrimination, and exploitation.
She is also a board member for the Dream Forward Foundation.
Ms. Saucier possesses a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Managerial Economics, Linguistics, and Psychology from Kiev National University. In addition, she has pursued studies in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Management and Operations at California State University, as well as Leadership Program at Harvard University. Fluent in four languages, Ms. Saucier’s diverse experiences and expertise have enabled her to excel as a strategic leader across multiple industries.
Vadym Karnaukh

Vadym Karnaukh is a multi-faceted individual with a diverse set of skills and experiences. He is an international business leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and organist who has the ability to drive companies towards greater profitability and success while keeping them ahead of the competition.
With over two decades of experience in business, culture, psychophysiology, citizen advocacy, and disruptive innovation, Mr. Karnaukh has received numerous honors and awards. He was recognized as an “industry leader” in the “Profitability and Liquidity and Social Indicators” category of the National Business Rating of Ukraine in 2012. He also ran for a position as a deputy in the city council of Kryvyi Rih, which has a population of 700,000.
Mr. Karnaukh has a proven track record of leading successful companies through all stages of growth, including from their inception to a successful exit. He has served on the boards of directors and board committees of many companies, including management committees. Currently, he advises and serves on the board of the Public Association “VIDRODZHENNIA”, Law Firm “Medglobal”, and the International Charitable Foundation “Miracle Lives” in Ukraine. He is also the founder of the International Charitable Foundation “Miracle Lives” in the Netherlands.
Mr. Karnaukh is a strong advocate for sustainable business practices and believes that companies should act as responsible stewards. Olya Bilyachenko

Olya Bilyachenko is a highly accomplished strategy and transformation executive with over a decade of experience in management consulting, telecom, and technology sectors. Throughout her career, Ms. Bilyachenko has demonstrated a remarkable ability to execute business turnaround initiatives and drive innovation to support customers in re-imagining their future and building new capabilities.
Ms. Bilyachenko’s areas of functional expertise include transforming businesses, creating growth-oriented strategies, leading business development efforts, and driving large-scale program implementations. With a deep understanding of industry’s best practices and a relentless focus on achieving business objectives, she is well-equipped to help organizations achieve their strategic goals and succeed in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Olga is a trusted adviser at C-level that offers unique skills to a business having led business and strategic planning processes, strategic project offices, post-merger integrations as well as IT enabled digital transformation programs that have unlocked millions in value through OPEX/CAPEX savings.
Currently serving as Digital Adviser, Commercial Industry Lead for Manufacturing at Microsoft, Ms. Bilyachenko brings a wealth of experience to her role. Ms. Bilyachenko leads clients’ digital transformation, co-creates, accelerates, and delivers a digital transformational journey built on deep customer industry knowledge and empathy. Ms. Bilyachenko supports customers to understand how emerging tech such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing can be leveraged to create value for business and help them create an innovation strategy to maximize ROI. Olga leads clients through the strategic, technical, and cultural elements of the transformation journey so that they can continue to innovate on their own.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Olga has accomplished several large scale transformations at VEON, the world’s 7th largest mobile and fixed broadband operator with a revenue of $10B, serving over 210m. Delivered business critical change consulting engagements during her tenue at the Boston Consulting Group.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Bilyachenko believes in investing in the future of humanity and devotes her time and resources to charitable causes that align with her values. She volunteers with zeilenvanvrijheid.nl, bringing ambulances to Ukraine, as well as Miracle Lifes, a global charitable project that employs technological innovation to help displaced by war Ukrainian children to overcome social isolation and emotional suffering and achieve their full potential. Her dedication to philanthropy underscores her commitment to making a positive impact on the world around her.
Ms. Bilyachenko holds a Master’s Degree and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, as well as an Advanced Corporate Finance certification from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
