This time, we had the privilege of immersing ourselves in the captivating world of art therapy, guided by the talented Olena Monke. Olena not only introduced us to a myriad of art therapy techniques but also unveiled their profound therapeutic potential.
Of all the techniques explored, fairy tale therapy stood out, celebrated for its gentle and non-intrusive approach. Through hands-on demonstrations, we not only learned about this method but also gained practical skills in utilizing the healing magic of tales and narratives.
